1.      1. Unscrew the cutting head from the cutting body. It looks like the picture shown below.

2.      2. Unpack the new orifice from your spare package or that you have purchased from A&V Waterjet. 

3.     3. Replace the new orifice like shown in the picture below.

4.      4. Slightly screw the cutting head and cutting body together until tight. Ideally the water stream going through the orifice and nozzle in a vertical line.  Now screw your cutting head slightly back to the cutting body.
